Refund Policy

At CornerStore Online, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund process designed to serve our South African customers efficiently.

 

Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:

  • The product is returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

 

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are excluded from refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Perishable goods such as food or plants

  • Customised or specially made-to-order items

 

Return Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@cornerstore-online.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and reason for return. We will issue a return authorisation and advise you on the return shipping procedure.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Returns should be sent via a reliable courier with tracking, such as The Courier Guy, to ensure safe delivery back to us. We recommend keeping proof of shipment.

Inspection and Approval
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days following approval.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. CornerStore Online will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

 

Important Notes

  • CornerStore Online is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Unless stated otherwise, refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
